Excellent stay
Mary Gon 14/11/2017 18:55We are enjoying our stay. Leslie at the front desk is awesome. She continues to have a smile on her face daily, even when dealing with difficult customers. We have a queen smoking handicapped room and our pets are with us. Equipped with a full fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, cupboards and sink. It is great for making home cooked meals. We extended our stay for next 3 months until our new home is ready. Thank you again Leslie, for making our stay as comfortable as posssible!
My favorite place to stay when in lansing
MizzLisa Non 17/10/2017 23:06I absolutely love this place!! I stay there often and every time i stay my rooms are clean, my service is great and the employees are always friendly. The manager tasha is really sweet and erica and leslie are always very helpful. The whole staff greets me through out the hotel and most of them cared to remember my name. I recommend this place to all of my out of town guests and are even considering using them for my wedding! Keep up the great work guys.

Nanee0101on 01/10/2017 22:20Anytime I'm in the area I stay at this Extended Stay. I always have a great stay when I stay here. My room is always clean, linen always fresh. Staff is always friendly helpful & courteous. Manager Jeanetta is always pleasant & remembers her previous guest I like that about this place, they always make you feel welcome. Keep up the good great job!!!

Bad Hotel
Tasha Non 18/09/2017 16:12The room was old and has a lot of stains on the carpet and walls. Two of the lights were not working.We could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana in the room coming from somewhere in the hotel.The beds are hard. I would not stay at this hotel or the chain again. However the staff was friendly.For $95 the room and experience should be much better.
