Just dirty bed I brought my own sheets just in case and it's a good thing I did. The bed had reddish pink stains everywhere and the pillows had what I believe to be ink stains on them I know it's hard to get rid of those but I still question whether it was cleaned or not because of the dirty sheets

We went there for about 3 days in December but it was awesome ❄️👏🏼✨!! It wasn't one of those suuuuper luxurious hotels but I loved it ❤️! The breakfast was simple but warming because it was cold outside 😂 the morning I woke up and turned on the T.V and watched spongebob because why not? 😂 Anyways we always went down and grabbed our hot breakfast 🍳. The bed was big enough for me and my mum and I to sleep 😴 comfortably in it and we had a radiator to warm us 🔥.We had a small bathroom with a tub 🛀 (the water took some time to heat). I was very pleased and I would come again 😁😊👍🏼

Room service is not on time when it's supposed to be done, front desk clerk is very rude when you ask for your room service to be done! They just looking for excuses for your room service not to be done!! Really bad acttitude, poor customer service!!

When we want a get away with out the children but did not want to go far we stay at a local hotel. The last time was at the extended stay in beachwood, it was very nice hotel very clean and discrete. The rooms are nice warm clean and quiet for the most part. It was more mordern than I expected and the room was actually big. We intend on using the extended stay again in the future.

Hadn't booked a room in advance of my travel to the area so was looking for someplace that I thought would be inexpensive but clean. First, staff was excellent, although I think that the front desk could've given a break on the rate considering what I see online now. Room though was extremely poor. Just felt old, used and musty. Not even a coffee maker (although I can go to the lobby and get one). Just not worth the money at all.
