I'll try the other Extended stay place next time. If it wasn't for the discount we got..... well that didn't even make it worth it.
Next time I'll go up the street, we tried a one nighter here, and was glad we only tried one night.

Clean and accommodating! The location allowed east access to shopping and highways. Left my pillow cover in the room and they returned it to me after sending the prepaid envelope! So appreciative of their honesty and follow though. This is an example of their dedication to making the customer a priority - in all the departments from housekeeping to the front desk! Thank you to Steven and Sandy and we will return to Extended Stay America North again!

Pros: Has a full kitchen, had some sort of minimal breakfast (better than no breakfast), the people at the front were friendly
Cons: I was EXTREMELY disappointed in how dirty my room was. I could tell this room had not had a proper cleaning in a long time and even thought about going to get my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom. There was animal hair all over the phone...cob webs in all of the corners, crumbs on the floor. I went to the front to ask if someone was going to clean my room but they said they only clean the rooms if you stay for over 7 days (I have never stayed at an Extended Stay so I did not know this). My advice to management - retrain your cleaning crew or hire additional help. They are doing a very minimal job. This hotel does have potential but I felt gross the whole time I was there. Posting a picture of the bathroom so you can fix/paint the tub (room 110).

I had a 3 night reservation at the hotel. This particular location was near resturants and nearby shopping mall about 3 miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room and especially the kitchen area was clean .I did not cook but I really appreciated having a full size refrigerator. I thought the price per night was reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and affordable. Best service when needed things. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, spacious and efficient. Sleeping area was clean, temperature was adjustable. Closet was spacious. I like the whole hotel , clean, spacious , and comfortable. When you pay for a room, you get what you expect.
