Checking in we stopped at the other extended stay across the street and down a little and that one looked to be falling apart at the entrance. We were glad to know we were staying at the other one that was supposed to be newly renovated. It wasn't. The first room they put us in had the most pungent smell of mildew and cat pee that we had to deal with until another room opened up the next day. The house keeper the next day immediately knew the room we were talking about and said it was just recently HEAVILY used. Whatever that means. Any pet friendly place that's newly renovated should not have carpet for many reasons. So all rooms have old smelly carpet that's obviously not been renovated. The second room smelled better but had a broken fridge, towel hanger was duct taped together and the entire carpet was wet and flooded from the AC unit and out poor dog was in the ground. We had to use towels and puppy pads to keep him off the wet ground.
The only positive experience we had at this place was the main house keeper that took care of us when the front desk wouldn't. She made sure the maintenance guy even got our satellite TV working again. The front desk women just glared at people and the one Jamaican girl pretended not to speak English so she wouldn't have to do anything for anyone.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and this place needs renovated it is NOT newly renovated. Or maybe it is but with second or third hand everything. Plus dogs were barking everywhere.

Great stay...The staff was very friendly. Internet was not the greatest but it worked (had to get "upgraded" wifi to stream on Apple TV). Was there for 3 months so I would've like to have a better exercise room and laundry area.

As indicated in an earlier part of this review the entire building smell like marijuana from the day I got there to the day I left ,consequently I was accused of smoking but the whole inside of the building smells like smoke so I don't know how one could see where it was actually coming from. If they clean the rooms daily instead of once a week they could figure out where it was coming from and treat their guests with proper respect.

Minimal staff on duty-not enough to do the job. However, staff was friendly and accommodating. Wonderful crew.
Stairwell floors were littered with trash and floors had spills on them. They were not cleansed during our 3 day stay. Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and not emptied at all during our stay.
Bathroom was dirty. Hair in drawers. Mold in shower.
Pool had so much chlorine it ruined 3 bathing suits.

A great place for the price. We've stayed here to spend time with family a few times. Because the set-up includes a small kitchen and sitting area, family can hang out with us comfortably instead of invading their space all the time.
