But we are not in a time of Just Fine with so much competition we are looking for the above average experience and did not receive that but decent location clean room and helpful staff but just average.

Broken bathroom shelf. Dead bolt did not secure. Cigarette buts all over the entrance. Low quality overall. Not the freshest smelling. Information was not communicated on any sort of 'grab-n-go' breakfast. Reservations were confusing.

visit your property and see the trash in the parking lot, broken glass from car windows, overall cleanliness was poor. The physical condition was very used. The service staff were not helpful. The is no ice machine on the premises. There was someone trying to break into a vehicle while I was checking in at the desk.

I just wanted to start off stating horrible will be an understatement.
I was on a business trip - 3 days. With all the delays in flights reached this hotel around 12:30am, I had a confirmed booking and after all the paper work at the front desk was awarded a room. Headed towards the room on the third floor, the elevator smelt like machine oil, the corridor leading towards the room was so fun probably to hide the stains or the discoloration of the carpets, well later I realized it was like that where ever I went in the hotel. Reached my room, opened the door and to my surprise the room seemed like a hurricane just passed through. I went down to the front desk informed the lady at the desk that the room is not ready. She apologized and left to check another room on the ground floor, came back after few minutes and gave me another room and stated that the room was ready. I went to the ground floor room, smelt like cigarette but I thought I can manage, it's already pretty late in the night post travelling for more than 8 hours. Since I had an early morning meeting decided to iron my clothes before I went to bed but to my dismay I couldn't find either an iron or an ironing board. I walked out to the front desk again and lady went looking for an iron, came and informed me that she didn't have any more in stock. Well, it was already around 1:30am by that time, I decided to simply check out of the hotel and checked my self in at Courtyard Mariott which was in the next block.
Seems like Extended stay is going towards a new low every day. Really don't know what the problem is, but someone needs to fix things with the entire hotel chain.

This was a small studio apartment. The kitchenette had sufficient space to prepare meals for one or two people. The treed parking lot was a delightful surprise. The outdoor smoking area lacked cover & benches.
