Nice area with plenty of restaurants and easy access to the highway. The front desk clerk Alex was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was way better than expected. We got the king suite and it was HUGE. Everything was extremely clean and in proper working order. This property is pet friendly (with a fee) Highly recommend if staying in the area. With a full kitchen and big closet it is the next best thing to being at home.

Extremely clean very friendly. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud so comfortable. The room was so clean. Only thing i didn't care for was the shower the water pressure was extremely low but other than that wonder place

My fiancé and I were traveling through the country and booked at this hotel for the night. We got there a little late and Alex was very helpful and kind in checking us in for our stay.
There is no elevator so we had to carry our stuff up to the room. When we got to the room, the room was generally clean. The bathroom was clean. When I checked the sheets, they were not clean. There was hair all over and embedded in the fleece blanket so I immediately checked the sheets too. The sheets were not fixed up too well and tightly made. It made me think that they didn't wash the blankets and sheets and just reused them.
My fiancé asked for new sheets and pillowcases since we couldn't trust that the bedding was fresh. Alex got us fresh sheets and gave them to us. He informed us that there were no clean pillow cases, so he just gave us pillows without pillow cases. My fiancé and I had to replace the sheets ourselves, which was not what we wanted to do/expect to have done since we were already tired from a long day's drive.
The bed itself was comfortable but thinking about how this place was cutting corners in cleaning made me feel uneasy.
Other than the dirty sheets, the hotel was nice. They had to-go breakfast with coffee, muffins and granola bars. The workers were very friendly.
A couple of days after our stay, the general manager called and apologized about the sheets, which I thought was nice. She gave us a free night's stay at another extended stay america hotel to make up for our experience.
If you look closely in the pictures, you can see strands of hair in the blanket.

This is the perfect place for the price it's cozy it's comfortable the full kitchen helps dramatically and the staff was always kind and Curtis and the do and the staff was always kind and helpful and they do the best with what they have.

Alex was extremely helpful upon check in. He was a total sweetheart and helped me with all the questions I had. As a customer service representative he was amazing. I stayed for a night and the room was perfect for that, very close to shopping centers and lots of food options.
