Hotel needs some upgrades and cleaning. The lobby/elevator were "tired" and worn. Room was clean and pretty comfortable but not much insulation in the walls and I could hear neighbors on both sides during my stay. For the price I was disappointed.

A very busy hotel , no fresh towels on the daily. Had to call Front desk several times to complain about the noise . But no one was there to answer bathroom was dirty refrigerator was dirty TV with snowy .

Reserved a NON-Smoking room, but was given a SMOKING room. It was disgusting in every way, There was yellow scum on everything, cigarette burns in the bathroom, the water was milky white and the desk clerk said "Oh no, don't drink the water here". ESA knew I was coming in after midnight, so I am assuming they also knew it would have been very difficult for me to find accommodations elsewhere. I couldn't sleep with the smell and general disgusting environment. I was glad they found me a non-smoking room the next day, but I will never forget being lied to and disrespected. When I was finally given a non-smoking room the next afternoon, it was almost as disgusting. There were (white) stains on the chairs that were so disgusting that I didn't even want to sit in them. I took photos. Even though there was a large sign in the elevator that said "NO PETS", the first thing I heard when I arrived on my floor was dogs barking inside the rooms. The elevator, BTW, was nearly destroyed by vandals. It was like I was in the worst ghetto building imaginable.

This esa location is phenomenal. Great quiet location.clean. efficient friendly staff.you can't beat the value.great place to stay and i stay here often now.far superior to other esa locations in area

Cleanliness of the lobby , elevator , hall ways & room
Bathroom not clean didn't even have bathtub water stopper
Called the front desk to ask for help
Respond was use small towel to stop water on the tub
