I will start from the beginning I asked for earlier check in and when I got there the guy at the front desk was rude to me the rest the staff was great I don't want anyone thinking the all the staff was like the front desk ok let's get back to what I wanted to say he asked me rudely to come back at 2 I said ok come back when he ask the same guy helped me rudely again I was told that because I hadn't dog to stay on the fist floor he gave me the worsted room in the place the next day I go to take a shower it was dirty I called and got dismiss when I asked for keeping to come in and fix it he was rudely say if the housekeeper has time what he said that if I wanted it clean it will be 10 dollars what the heck it was dirty I demand To see management my god it was the rude guy he came down to see he said that things get dismissined he wAs so rude I will never say there as long as he works there it was so bad o called corporate office for a full refund he was that bad

I stayed for a full week while in the process of relocating. I was highly impressed with the hotel and the services. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and responsive. The room was very clean, nicely designed, and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room is supplied with everything needed for a longer term stay including a mini-kitchen, desk, small dining table, and comfortable reading chair. If you ask at the front desk, they will stock the kitchen with all the essentials- coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. The hotel is located on the marina with a nice walking path along the bay. The location is very convenient with restaurants and shopping just a five minute walk away. The ferry to San Francisco is a convenient 5 minute drive from the hotel. If I hadn't found a permanent apartment, I would have been very comfortable staying here for a couple of months. I've stayed at several long term stay hotels in the past and this one was among the best.

Clean, use trip advisor or you'll over pay. No cups, ice bucket, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and sitting area in room. There is an exercise room and laundry facilities. Close to airport. Easy to get to, even during very late arrivals.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. No complaints everything worked. The area was really nice and safe. There are stores and restaurants near the area. My only complaint would probably be the fact that the tv does not have all the channels they "advertise"

The best value for a hotel in a safe neighborhood close to Oakland. Our room had a view of the yacht harbor. The hotel is right by the water. Good quick eats 5 minutes away at Alameda Landing (had dinner at an Indian street food joint). This is not a full service hotel but if you only need the front desk to check in, then this a great value.
