This chain is a consistently great location for mid-range long term working accommodations. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I am hooked on this brand and will always try to stay at one of these during travel for business or pleasure.

Going on gov't travel, I don't have high expectations for hotel rooms, as we usually travel on a tighter budget. However, this hotel surpassed any lowered expectations to the point that I would have rather stayed at a Motel 8. From the group of 12 I traveled with, 11 of us had room issues. The worst being that one room smelled so profusely like septic sewage that she had to transfer rooms, and another coworker had a watery bag of trash/waste sitting in her kitchen sink when she first checked into the room. Lastly, the "free breakfast" was comprised of a handful of prepackaged muffins and granola bars, which was already finished by like 7:30 (free breakfast is offered 6:30-9).

I use this hotel for my company's guests, and they are always so helpful! The guests have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service they receive. The Manager Francisco has been more than a pleasure to work with!

Had to use this hotel for a quick business stay. I usually stay at one of the large chains. The hotel is very old. Looks new on the outside but once in the rooms the new goes away fast. Looks like something out of the 70's. When I got in the lobby I saw a sign that said smoke free hotel. That is great but the hotel must have aloud smoking at sometime because my room was musty and smelt like smoke. The TV is newer but the image not so go. Most of the light fixtures have cob webs or spider webs in them. Basically the room does not look dusted in awhile. If you just need a night I guess it is okay but beware.

It took 20 minutes at the front desk and they never ended up finding my reservation, despite a confirmation number and a call to corporate. Once finally in the room, it was super run down and very thin walls. It seems populated by the kind of people basically one step from living in their vans down by the river. The staff was either hapless or outright rude, depending on the person, and it just seemed...crummy. Highly not recommended.
