i had a great experience from the time i called and made the reservation. The lady helping me was friendly and helpful, when inchecked in same thing. the rooms are clean, modern, great size and the facility is clean.

I have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years and every now and then I have encountered individuals who, in my opinion, should be in any profession except, hospitality. Jay, the Manager of this hotel is one such individual. He is arrogant, rude and within 5 minutes of my arrival had invited me to go to another hotel. He also told me that the business of my company, Red Awning, is not of any importance to him and invited us to take it elsewhere!! While I was checking in he told me to, "wait a minute i am on the phone and can only deal with one person at a time" and in front of me he was browbeating one of his employees. He then proceeded to very rudely tell me that even though my company card had been charged for the stay, that I would have to pay again (which, i did just top get away from him). The check-in process took over 20 minutes!! The halls are dark and dingy, the room had a desk but no chair, hairs all over the bathroom floor and generally disgusting. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and their were burn stains on the sink although supposedly it was a non-smoking room. Terrible value for the money and if I could give it no stars, I would. This man is a menace and takes his petty frustrations out on his Guests and employees why, Extended Stay would condone this is beyond me. The breakfast is pathetic and the coffee awful. There is really nothing good that I could say about this dump other than a decent location

I don't really think any part of our experience is worth remembering. It was quite awful actually. I think they really bed to step their game up. I would rather have spent more money and had a better time someplace else. We spent our last night in CA at a different hotel.

Hotel called late afternoon of our reservation to advise that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation had been arbitrarily canceled. Then proceeded to charge us for the night. 45 minutes of screaming on the phone finally got them to concede to a refund "just this one time." Made it sound as if we failed to show up!!! Abysmal customer service.

My "Smoke Free" room was so smoky that all of my clothes were saturated with the stench of years worth of chain smoking. Even my suitcase now smells like an ashtray and will probably have to be replaced. The fumes were so potent that my eyes and throat were burning. NEVER, EVER STAY HERE!
