The rooms was large enough for my family. The beds was comfortable. I like the customer service. The staff was polite and greeted you when you arrive. We are searching for another home. I would stay as long as I can until we find the place we need to stay. I highly recommend. There are a lot of shops and eatery places. There is also public transportation.

The first thing I noticed as we arrived was that the doors into the hotel were not automatic. Not really a big deal, but getting luggage in and out is more problematic. The second thing that came to our attention was the lack of a restroom facility near the lobby. I missed having a full-length mirror in our spacious room, but was appreciative of the comfortable bed. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen area was a bit sticky and our bathroom sink and bathtub had a constant drip and slow drainage, which caused the running water to back up when running them. The staff who checked us in were friendly, professional and efficient.

Great location. Be prepared to stay in a suite, as opposed to a hotel room. You have to ask for a change of bedding, pots, pans and anything you'll need. There is a stove, microwave and fridge. It's like an apartment and caters to longterm tenants.

My family and I decided to stay here a few nights as we were relocating to Orlando and needed an affordable room that would offer the same comforts as a suite but with an affordable rate.
1. The lobby is small, compact, and requires a room key or to be buzzed in after 8pm. This made checking in very slow, inconvienant, and smoky a pain in the butt.
2. Elevator located in said lobby was super slow, smelled disgusting, barely fit luggage cart.
3. Room was old, smelled of mildew, stains on everything, and cigarette smoke constantly wafted into the bathroom vents even though was smoke free rooms.
4. Early AM fire required evacuations and sitting outside in 45°F weather for an hour. No offer to discount rates etc.
Will not be giving this location any recommendations and will stay far far far from this brand in the future. Fm

Extended Stay in Altamonte Springs was A - OK. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Parking was adequate. Place was clean. Rooms were quiet. Everything worked. Near Whole Foods and Publix. Easy access to highways.
