My brother and I were robbed by the cab driver the hotel staff would not help wouldn’t let us use their phone wouldn’t call the police wouldn’t let us see the camera feed to ID the guy. They are awful.

I stayed here one night in Oct 5th on my way to an international trip from Philadelphia airport. This place is not clean! the bed sheets were not clean. The room smelled damp. I asked for a coffee pot and I said I will pay if extra charge needed. It was not available. And, there was no place in walking distance to get a coffee or buy anything to eat. The overall condition of the room is poor. There was a lot of noise at night to the point I could not sleep. I had a bad experience. Not recommended!

I saw the bad reviews but the stay was paid for by my company for business travel and the other 2 options they had were far away from the city. On the outside, the hotel looks decent like a Marriott or Hilton but inside it is much worse. The hallways stink. The microwave in my room was missing when I arrived. The room itself was actually a bit better than what I was expecting after seeing the reviews, but still it's obvious the bedsheets are old and there are stains by the bathroom sink. They only clean your room once a week, but even for that I had to remind them 3 times. When they finally did clean my room, they did not even bother to lock the door when they left (I was at the office at the time). I was lucky nothing was stolen. The only good part about this place is it's near the airport and easy to get to the city (20 minute train ride from Eastwick station nearby). There is also a free shuttle to the airport and train and the driver was quite friendly. But be aware that even though this is an extended stay with a ktichen, there are no groceries stores or restaurants nearby . Overall, if you are used to staying at places like Mariott Residence Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites expect to be disappointed.

The hotel is located 8 minuets from the Wells Fargo Convention Center. The hotel needs lots and lots of attention. After hours the guests required a key so they can get inside the lobby, so get the lobby hours. The rooms are ok for sleeping 3/4 hours, after that your back will hurt like crazy. I will forward the pictures of the guest kitchen, nothing to be proud of. The plus of the room is that is pet friendly. Check the parking lot...someone was sleeping in the car(the Receptionist said it was ok) .... strange just like Halloween movie.

Booked standard room with one queen for overnite stay. Close to airport. Breakfast bar has coffee and packaged muffins. Parking is $8/night with in/out. Friendly desk personnel. A bit noisy at night, some mechanical noise in walls all night long.
