I started coming here in 2005 and have never been sorry for the choice to stay here. Pet friendly with reasonable surcharge by the day or month. The room are clean and spacious beds are comfortable. The staff has changed over the years The welcome smile still greets everyone who comes in whether you stay or just ask a question. They are always ready to help when needed.

The front desk service was not welcoming. They were rude and inefficient. If they were at least nice and caring about it, then it wouldn't matter that they were inefficient. When I arrived to check in, 3 of your employees stood behind the counter discussing laundry while ignoring customers who were just trying to check in. Even when they finally got me about 40 minutes later, she was still rude and disrespectful by speaking to someone else. I tried to ask a question and was ignored because she was too busy discussing something with another employee.
The room itself had a very strong, very bad odor to it that made it impossible to relax. It smelled like rotting food. And the floor in the kitchen/bathroom area was disgusting and sticky. I made the mistake of walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night with my socks on. On the way back to bed, my sock got stuck to the carpet! Gross.
Plus I had very loud neighbors who made it tough to sleep.
I've stayed here before a couple years ago and it's gone away downhill since then. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very quiet location away from the main road. Close to many stores and a good variety of restaurants. The staff were very nice. There is a nice selection of coffee and tea across from the Desk along with Nature Valley granola bars. The Philadelphia Mills, a mega complex of shopping, is just over the county line in Philadelphia. And, the Parx Casino and Racing is just across Route 132 (Street Road) at Tillman Road. Be aware that Tillman Road meets Street Road in two spots. Coming from the West, I took the first turn and had to drive a very long loop. The second spot takes one directly to the Hotel without going a long distance when it is raining and very dark.

Very dirty Hotel. Room was not cleaned during my stay. The cigarette smoke was terrible. To maintained fresh air, I maintaed the window open 24/7 to try and freshen up the room. The accommodation really need major maintenance and TLC......:::::...:::::...

I thought this place was not good at all. Hallways had funky smell, management had put up crudely photocopied notes telling guest to clean up after their pets and it did seem low rent and possibly full of state sponsored guests. alot of noise from guests in the hall at 3am, loud compressor all night, itchy thin sheets and bedding, ratty old pillows and a depressing looking mini kitchen.
