The room has a musky smell and the bed is small only 3 pillows in the room. Overall you get what you pay for. They don't have ice machine. They do have a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove.

Everything was clean and the staff was professional and friendly! Two things negative: The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. They should have a sign or communicated wbat time grab n go breakfast is a d what the Wi-Fi password is.

This is an outdated, shabby hotel with noisy road next door. The fan to my bathroom was super loud and obnoxious. The staff are pleasant and try their very best but don't go here. Around the corner is Woodspring which is brand new and awesome, for I might add, less money.

When I first arrived I encountered a woman named Danielle who was more then helpful. I went to check in normal procedure got my information until a dreaded card read error. My room was already prepaid through a third party discount site I used through my employer which they billed me in advanced so the room was paid for! Besides that error she did something she didn't have to, let me go without it under one condition. I promised not to destroy the room. I agreed and she gave me my card and all of my room info. She also had a great sense of humor to her which made things much MUCH easier.
So I grabbed my key and went to drop my things off in my room. Opening the door, I looked around and I was actually quite amazed. I was expecting a typical room bathroom bedroom type ordeal with a mini fridge, little did i know there was pretty much a full kitchen! You had an electric stove top with two electric burners, a microwave a sink as well as an actual Refrigerator.
Mind you I didn't see all of this included and I was only in cherry hill for 2 days for Monster Mania, a horror movie convention with celebrities shops you name it they probably have it if it's horror themed. I literally only used my room for 4-5 hours each night as I was down the road at the crowne plaza for the convention but the room was affordable and well equipped!
I left the room almost exactly how I walked into it, even left the bed made, the only thing that looked used was the bathroom which I ran out of towels and had to re-use one because room service didn't enter my room once which that was rather disappointing.
Although room service was the only issue as my do not disturb placard remained on the nightstand never to be placed in the doors locking mechanism, I enjoyed my stay and no one bothered me. I pretty much used my room to sleep and shower. A great majority of the time was at the convention which I didn't leave until 2-3 a.m.
In my overall opinion I enjoyed my stay and it was well worth it. The only thing I would change is the room service. I know I was there for 2 nights, it's still nice to get more then a half roll of toilet paper and a couple extra tails if need be. Overall I'm highly satisfied. I would gladly recommend a stay at the Extended stay, I wasn't disappointed. Thank you for the positive experience.

Unless you are homeless and have no other options... stay away! Poor phone reservation and was sold a room I did not get. Would not refund money once we saw accommodations were not as described (not enough room for my family as they stated). Had no other room to give us that would fit our family either. No manager, no call back. Poor service overall.
