If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay with your family or for your business this place is not for you. There were prostitutes fighting in the parking lot and in the hall. Rooms were not clean and not comfortable and they kicked my Uncle out of the room he had been staying in for three nights and moved another family in. We had already paid for that room and they didn’t put that into the computer system. Therefore, his stuff was all put in lost and found due to a mistake on their part!!!! None of the staff seemed to care about the issues we had and nothing was corrected. I would never recommend this room or hotel to anyone!

Not only was the majority of the staff rude and dismissive but the place is not kept up or clean and the maid service is very poor. Had to change room because of insect invasion Needed to change room because of air conditioning unit issue. I was made to feel it was my fault every time I reported an issue was promised a free of charge evening and never received the "promised" free night. Do not believe the staff.

Not fancy but a clean and comfortable room. Also nice to be able to do some cooking in the room to save on some meals. Located close to a grocery store and other shops. Also close to the family we were visiting.

When we checked in, we found that the room smelled horrible because of food that had been cooked there and housekeeping really hadn't cleaned up adequately. Danielle of the front desk (a wonderful person) changed us to a new room, but that had horrible smells in it too. So we think this is just a part of life at this property. You walk down the hallway and you feel like you are walking through some tenement in an Asian city, or somewhere in the slums of Europe. It just plain smells bad.
The rooms have (at largest) only queen beds. That's not up to date with the norm and so you are two people squeezing into that size and if you are used to a King, that's a big change. There's really rather poor housekeeping here -- the result was that no one wanted to get down on the floor and exercise or do yoga as we normally do. It just didn't feel right to get anywhere near that carpet.
I would honestly avoid this place if you can. Not a good location. Even the hallways don't feel safe. It just seems like a 'bad part of town' most of the time -- probably stemming from the smells, and from the ongoing renovations in the lobby.

I checked in during evening & no one was there on reception for 15 mins. Access to the rooms is bit hide & sick. Room was ok but the kitchen was not up to the mark. Utensils were worned out & glasses were with dust. Not worth for price paid.
