We usually stay with family when we come down here but this time we were surprising someone and were unable to. When we got to the room it wasn't the cleanest, the hallway smelled kind of funky. We got a suite with the pull-out sofa and a queen size bed. We pulled out the pull-out sofa and couldn't find any sheets blankets or pillows to go with it so we call the front desk. They told us we would have to come down and get them, which wasn't a problem, but when I got there they only had sheets. I said what about blankets and pillows and they said they didn't have any. I said don't you have a vacant room where you could go in and take the pillows and blanket she said we have many vacant rooms but we can't do that. Then she went on to tell me that corporate put them on a pillow and blanket buying freeze and we will be unable to get them. So we split the blankets that were on the queen size bed and my kids who are on the pull-out sofa had to wad up some of their clothes to use as pillows. We have a call into the manager who wasn't on duty to complain to them and see if we can Rectify this but we haven't heard from them yet. I won't stay here again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Carpet dirty in room and hallway. Kitchen floor sticky. Just plain nasty. Bad smell through property. No iron board or luggage rack in room. Asked for two days before I received just the iron board. They seem to just changes the bed sheets only.

We stayed in Cary for a short visit to our friends who live in Morrisville. The Hotel is situated just off the main road and is easy to find. The room was very spacious and good value for money. No restaurant and only muffins and coffee, tea and porridge satchels provided at breakfast counter. The rooms have fridges, cookers and microwaves so one can easily cater for their needs.

Attentive and professional staff. Management is to be complimented for being able to respond to and offer remediation to property and customer issues. They work hard to please and it shows! If you are in need of a longer term accommodation this site is an excellent choice.

Perfect Stay ! Jadeans Smokin Six O BBQ working at Trigger Agency's Beer,Bourbon and BBQ festival At Koka Booth Ampitheater . Very Rest full for me and my well deserving crew . We stayed a extra day just for the rest.
