Pay the money stay somewhere nice

The room was filthy it smelled like smoke, ashes in the bathroom, floor was nasty had to wear shoes to walk across it. Trash under the chair, bedlinen smelled like cigarettes.Instead of paying to stay there they should have paid me to stay there. No more short cuts for me I will only stay at Country Inn and Suites from now on.

The staff, Grace, was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating at check in. Made me feel very comfortable. Room had a kitchen, supplied with pots/pans and utensils. Everything I needed if it wasn’t in the room, Grace made sure I had it. I ended up extending my stay here longer than initially anticipated and it was completed with ease, leaving me worry-free. The commute to the hospital was a breeze with grocery stores and shopping within an easy-to-access distance. I will choose extended stay America again and recommend it highly.

From May to May 24 I had the opportunity to stay at the Extended Stay America. This hotel has very nice rooms, bery comfortable, everything is super cleaned and updated.

It is one of those hotel that people use for one night or so but it is so nice that really if you have to come to stay for couple of night under low budget, this is the place.

I want to thank the office people Tim who was extremely helpful, and Demitrious who was also at the front desk, they both were very nice and hepful.

Low price, okay stay, a couple of things off

Pros: Polite and helpful staff, reasonably clean, good bed, has kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cupboards and an extra sink. Low priced.

Cons: Close to highway hence some traffic noise in rooms facing it (half of total), "free breakfast" is a joke, sketchy WiFi, cigarette smell and some ash in non-smoking room.

This modest two story motel is at best a two star facility, yet it was rated as a 2.5 star by multiple booking agencies. It has open corridors so you choose between privacy if you draw your curtains, or natural light. It is right next to a busy highway, so all the even numbered rooms have some traffic noise (muted though, presumably because of some sound insulation) that can disturb sensitive sleepers. The odd numbered rooms on the back side are quiet.

Room was clean, except the bedside table drawer had some cigarette ash in it that housekeeping seemed to have missed. The desk lady at check in made and kept a photocopy of my credit card (CVV and all) which was unusual and disconcerting. Especially since I had fully prepaid online for my stay. She also informed me that WiFi wasn't working properly that night. The "complimentary breakfast" the next morning was simply coffee and hot water dispensers, sugar and creamers, oatmeal packets, paper cups and a microwave, all placed on a narrow shelf in front of the reception desk. That's it, with no seating or tables - just standing space for 2 or 3 people to fit in.

On the plus side it us relatively affordable, has a kitchen, full fridge, microwave, TV and WI-fi

In the minus it's just a little odd. Some rooms smell mouldy. Some rooms smell of cigarettes and some rooms are even occupied when you get your keys.

The doors don't close very well which leads me to the conclusion a recent remodel has occurred and they ate still working out the kinks.

There is nothing ostensibly wrong with the place per se you just have to be willing to speak up if the room isn't satisfactory.

But once you get a room you live it's a cleansed comfortable stay.
