I hate giving negative reviews but I wish I could give no stars. I booked my stay here BEFORE reading all the awful reviews. Bed bugs, dirty and smelly rooms, homeless people camping outside the windows, and that overall it sounded like a safety concern. I had been told that if you cancel before 6:00pm the day of your check in and that there is no fee or charge. I read the reviews right before we left to check in at 3:00pm. I called to cancel at 2:46pm and an extremely rude girl answered and I explained I would like to cancel, she than began another conversation with someone with her, so I said 'Hello?' and she puts me on speaker and yells 'What do you want again?' She said she cancelled the reservation and verified I will not be charged. Well today I have an $80.00 charge on my card. I called the lovely guest services and she says that I was charged due to a late cancellation!! She called the front desk and they said they forgot to put the cancellation through in time. The guest service rep said that it it will be refunded back to my card within 5 business days and that 'she doesn't know what else to tell me'. This place is rude and unprofessional. Stay away!

The room was clean, comfortable and functional for my business needs. It was well worth the price.
The kitchen had received some hard prior use, but everything worked and I was able to cook with the equipment provided. I did need to purchase paper towels.
The location of this hotel, relative to the roads in the area, is excellent and everything you might need to obtain, to augment your stay, is close by.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in (not exaggerating). First walk in and the room is burning hot and smells weird. Bathroom sink had hairs (at least 7) in it. Tub had about 5 hairs. 5 hot Cheetos were left under the desk, along with MnM's by the TV. Don't know if that its the hotel's way of providing snacks, but no thank you. The carpets were GROSS. Can't even think of what could possibly leave those types of stains. The bed had hairs on it. I wish I had read reviews before booking here because this place was a dump. I told the front desk staff in the morning, and she barely cared. Seemed like she got that type of feedback all the time. Its clear this hotel has been highly neglected, and any person with any sense of cleanliness avoids this place. Woke up at 3:45am, to someone stomping in the room above us. Yes, stomping, I know what regular walking sounds like in an upstairs room. Upon reading the reviews after checking out, I'm not surprised that meth heads and stoners flock to this dump. Please avoid this hotel at any costs!

This is a clean and nice place to stay!
Upper rooms overlooking the river is nice.
Good food at the restaurant. Close to the freeway. Close to places to see and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning.

This hotel wreaks of marijuana and cigarettes. I could hardly breathe in the elevator and hallways even though i was in a non-smoking room. The pillows smelled like patchouli. It took over 30 minutes to check out because the lady at the front desk was trying to help someone who looked like they needed a social worker.
