The place is average, nothing special. As positive details, it is clean, kitchen with basic stuff. On the other side, no restaurant and very basic breakfast (coffee, muffins and cereal bars, the same everyday), no laundry service (only wash machines with coins), noisy (train passing behind and everything done on the second floor is listened/felt on the first floor, house-keeping only once a week (and on that day, they do not wash the dishes... seriously?). There are much better places for the same price or slightly higher.

The rooms are not too great. The place does not have a restaurant and also no places nearby where we could get food. Nearest Tesco is about 35 minutes walk. The price is also not too lucrative and for slightly more, you could get better places to stay

Room did not have any kitchen ware. You would have to get them from the front desk, but when you get a incompetent/slacking front desk person working the clock, where do you get the stuff? From the outside trying to connect to a family member, I was trying to reach a room through the front desk and this guy name "Sungl" answered in the evening. He kept repeating stuff and running over when I'm trying to say something. Didn't connect me to the room I'm trying to connect to and just don't want to pick up the phone after I've called back multiple times trying to connect to a room. What gives?

I recently spent 9 nights at this hotel. It was my first time staying at an Extended Stay and I would not hesitate to recommend someone stay here if they were in the area and needed a reasonably priced hotel. As long as you know what to expect you will not be disappointed. You need to bring a hair dryer or I believe you can request one but they do not provide one in the room as most hotels do these days. The room itself was spacious and clean. I had one issue with garbage left under the bed from previous guests but issue was dealt with immediately. The rooms have a small kitchenette. I felt very safe and welcomed here. Location was good for those working in the area or attending an event at the convention center or Levi Stadium which is about a mile away. The grab and go breakfast consisted of coffee and hot water for tea, cocoa, or oatmeal and a quick snack such as a granola bar and muffin. This is perfect for people staying here running out to work which most of the guests seemed to be doing.

I stayed there for almost 40 days. The experience is really good. One thing I liked is they have Kitchen all necessary utensils, so this helped me a lot. All the staff is really good. Only concern was little bit about internet speed, but they have figured it out and it's good now
