I would not recommend this hotel. The entire floor upstairs in for smoking customers and the rooms and halls smells of smoke. This place was very dirty and the rooms furniture and beds were old and run down. My heater, windows, and bath were not in working order when I arrived. The hotels were booked in this area, or I would have left the first night.

I and my friend stayed at this hotel for 2 months. This hotel is located near a few stores and restaurants so it's a good place to stay for business men or traveler. You don't have to go too far to buy food. The room is clean and has a good view. Most of the staff here is very friendly. There're few things that need improvement: The stove inside the room is quite old and doesn't work really well. The air conditioner put out a smelling odor when you switch from cooling mode to heating mode.

Stay was comfortable and easy. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and had pot, pan, plates and cups. Stayed for three months as we relocated and never had any issues. All staff is nice but Mary, Pete and Mechelle were especially very helpful and welcoming during our stay.

Nice large rooms with lush surroundings. Very beautiful location in San Ramon with lots of shopping within walking distance. Is also easy to get public transportation from this location. The staff is also real friendly.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in the same 10 mi radius. This hotel is a good value in a great location. I feel like the front desk team is easily overwhelmed during busy times around check-in (late afternoon) and check-out (first thing in am). I would love to see the company cover these busy times with an additional staff member.
However, I regularly cross paths with Peter during my weekly PM check-in and he is consistently very friendly and helpful as he manages multiple parallel requests by existing residents and new check-ins. I appreciate how he calmly supports requests coming from all directions and at the same time.
