The bathroom sink would not drain. In addition, there was no gym. I have never stayed at a hotel that charged extra for housekeeping. The conditions of the room were old and dated. The nightly rate was over $260 and I felt like I was staying at a low end motel. I would never stay here again.

We started coming here because they allow you to bring your pet cat and it is close to our son. So many places that do allow dogs refuse pet cats! Extended Stay doesn’t mind. The last two times we decided to stay here even though the cat stayed home. Because we could pay more, but why? King bed is huge and perfectly firm. We love to walk west up Bollinger for exercise in the morning. We don’t like maid service anyway, so if we are only staying a few nights we make our own bed. We like the big fridge, kitchen bar table, and the layout of the King Suite works for us. Go have breakfast at Clementine’s across Bollinger. You can’t go wrong with that, plus they serve breakfast at that restaurant until 2 for us slow risers. And if you join Extended Stay rewards the rooms are a deal. We stay on the second floor facing San Ramon Valley Blvd. Seems quieter there. We will be back!

Okay good location, phone in room inapplicable, very noisy, had to order dishes (not in room), needs update - no one answered at front desk on several calls at different times - in general clean but would've return.

This place is a joke. There is no breakfast (despite what the travel agencies have listed). If your company is booking your room with a CLC card, it better match your name. Under staffed! The room I was in was actually very nice. The vending machine would not take any of my quarters ($4 worth of) and I was not able to get a soda. They have no ice machine. There is an onsite laundry room (same as vending machines). I would not stay here on my own dime.

Literally terrible. Hated the room and did not get good enough service. Not ever going back, paid way too much for a smoking room and blood was on the sheets. Why does that happen, that shouldn't happen anywhere
