Possibly the worst hotel experience ever! Room not clean at all, layers of dust every where, top of refrigerator very dirty, dried food in microwave, dried pee on the front of the toilet, miscellaneous hair all over the room bathroom. Large stain that looks like blood on the mattress cover. I asked the front desk to change the mattress cover and was handed a set of sheets. No apology, no effort to make things right. Asked at front desk this morning for the mattress cover to be changed and was assured it would be. Nope, they forgot to tell housekeeping before they left for the day. Horrible experience, stay somewhere else you'll be glad you

Good price, very attractive neighborhood. Did find the place more unique then other hotels, as there discounts are applied towards your checkout . Rooms where grear, very clean and good looking decoration. Will for sure come back to stay again.

I took it upon myself to get a room block for a bunch of extended family for a get together in Snohomish. Threre's lots of food options around and a couple grocery stores to boot. It's a great location in that aspect- and the available amenities are a plus. The rooms at the facility were great (away from the stairs and elevator) and if the room didnt have what you needed (coffee maker, whatever) the front desk could get it for you. I felt it was a borderline security/safety concern that the rear parking lot wasnt well lit- in that there was *no illumination at all* in the rear parking lot. The staff both during the day and at night were very helpful (mostly). Had it not been for the staff on hand, at the location, the week would have sucked. Thank god for the staff at the hotel- they're a beacon of positivity.They fixed up the messes made with reservations thru the Group Sales dept.
The Extended Stay Group Sales didnt seem to know what was going on, even though I had a contract via Group Sales-and they *required* guests to book thru Group Sales to get the group rate- to get into the room block. From the time of the inital contract, they screwed up our group room block dates, they made me re-book our group, then individually screwed up reservations people were trying to make. Which ended up being far less because they'd tell people they couldnt reserve rooms for any combination of the time fram which was *specifically* stated in black and white in the contract. So of the 12 rooms we had blocked- only 4 of them were filled because people went elsewhere due to the consistent booking/reservation issues thru group sales.

This was a trip with friends for a quick outing to Bothell. We were looking for a "No Frills" room for the night and got less than expected. The room was clean, the bed was hard, and the bathroom fan made an awful noise. It seemed that there was some deferred maintenance in the bathroom area in general.
The staff was nice, but the check-in process seemed to take a long time.

This hotel was good. I rent a room here a couple times a while back. The room was quite small but not limited to everything you might need; fridge, couch, bath tubs, beds, etc. Everything was relatively clean. The view out the window wasn't that spectacular as all you can see are businesses but overall, this place is not a bad stay and I'd recommend it to those who are on a budget.
