The property is very quiet. The hotel is walking distance to movie theater, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. The Brandon mall is right across the street. It is not far off I -75 but you can not hear the freeway from the hotel.

We stayed here while waiting to close on house when I was working! We thought a good way to save money....the first visit we couldn’t get towels and the night clerk threaten to have us arrested because we wanted towels. Manager did give us a discount and free night so we thought we would come again, pretty uneventful stay. Came back for our 3rd stay roaches in our room, pet , smoking room nasty floors feet were black from walking the floors! Decided one more stay... needed to pay cash for room, told us we couldn’t because we weren’t staying a week! Then TV in room wouldn’t work, no one to fix it after hours, feet black again from walking across floors! Called got TV the next morning sent someone to mop floors...still black feet!

The CSR seems as through she did not want to do her job. CSR lacked knowledge about reservations and I was about to be turnt around due to the CSR not asking proper questions. The CSR told me to contact her supervisor and I would be refunded for the inconvenience. I also was overcharged for my hotel

Would be nice to find a hotel room that is clean, without bugs and vagrants, that costs less than $75, but this Extended Stay does offer these comforts for $65-80, per night. We like this particular chain, as well as location. Nice staff, guests, and place to rest & shower while in-between homes!

Room was low priced, but A/C unit was not blowing cold. Also the ad said plates were provided, which they were not. We only stayed a few hours, but were able to get a full refund. Be careful where you spend your money
