Gandharv Fab Shivajinagar is centrally located hotel . Front office staff was near hostile, always rude and non cooperative. I booked 3 rooms through Booking.com. Didn't provide complimentary breakfast despite inclusive tariff for 2 rooms. Worst ever experience. Room Service was ok. Free internet was not provided.

We stayed for 3 days.
Room was clean and room service was good.
No issues with the overall service levels. except that the room doors get jammed sometimes, and the card won't work.
Restaurant serves good food, but the time taken to prepare the food is too much. It took more than 30 mins for us, the first time we ordered.
Breakfast is average, nothing much to expect.
Staff is quite helpful. I needed a cab late at 11pm when the Ganesh Visarjan was happening. They did their best to help us out.

Never book this hotel, as including service and food both has poor quality. My experience right from check-in process to check-out was negative. I checked in at 1:00pm after my work completed, i checked in and requested lets do all formalities once i get freshen up, but this guy at counter said NO you cant check in unless you do this. Despite all payments done through Makemytrip still they insisted for this pathetic so called formality. Staff attitude was so Poor.
Once i checked in some some really wired noise was coming from next room and they were making out (such a shame as i am business traveler and such things are not expected from this type of hotel). As i was not well requested to give some fruits which was not available and asked them to arrange from out but they said not allowed. Then ordered Curd Rice and they were so bad and SOUR i had to returned it back and then too they charged. In morning when i checked breakfast they had only Poha and Idli in-spite spending more for Breakfast you get only these options.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the rooms are wide, open and spacious. You don't realise the nightmare you're checking into until you wake up at 2:00 a.m. with your skin on fire itching from the creepy-crawly, absolutely disgusting bedbugs in the bed.
I have never seen such huge, dark, bedbugs at a hotel. I called room service and house keeping to complain about the problem but they promptly told me that there was no one available at that time of night to change the sheets or clean the room and there were no other rooms available to shift to.
After a horrific night, I was disturbed by their staff early in the morning with extremely unprofessional banging on my door. "Madam, darwaza kholo, kholo madam!" I was in the shower, trying to soothe my skin from the rashes the bedbugs had left and I told their staff to come back later, but the knocking persisted. When I finally pulled on a robe and opened the door a sheepish attendant asked if I had called for water. I had not.
This place is disgusting. It's an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
I'm attaching pictures of the bedbugs just so you can share in my disgust.
