Booked here for one night recently. Fairly new property was clean and quiet. Had a 'king' bed in the room which also had BIG TV, microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. Decent free breakfast in the morning (with NO crowd). Desk staff was very friendly. Food options are near by with a pak-a-sack too for late night grabs like a snack or a beer. No complaints, I'd book it again. We originally wanted a King, had been told none available but we'd get 2 queens, we actually got an 'accessible' room with a king. I understand the need to keep these available until last minute but appreciated the change.

Good location, right off I-64 and near a mall and lots of eateries and stores. Different layout so I assume Fairfield took over this property. Looks like the lobby has been updated but the floors need to be redone, it's not the typical Fairfield. That being said, the staff were excellent and room was clean. I would stay there again if back in the area.

Stayed here 3 times (4 days each time) So far. the Staff and housekeepers are always pleasant and very helpful. I did stay in a room that had had a wet floor previously, that ended up being wet after a rain when i had the room. but other that that the rooms are always clean and well appointed. I am actually staying here again soon.

Welcoming environment which provided a good overnight experience on our road trip to the OBX. Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and staff was eager to assist. Even though the hotel was very busy, the staff managed to extend themselves to guests and ensure that everyone's needs were met. High marks for hospitality.

Easy check in. Nice hotel and front desk was friendly. Room was clean and the beds are comfortable. Shower was hot. $40 cheaper per night then the Hampton. Plenty of restaurants near by.Very nice atmosphere.
