Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is certainly adequate. Rooms are clean and well appointed. No luxury here, but very clean and the neighborhood feels very safe. Had some problems with a room key not working on one visit and found the staff and manager responsive and responsible. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This place was absolutely terrible. The lobby is beyond tired. The front desk is not staffed in the evening. The refrigerator was so small that it didn't even hold my dinner doggy bag. The air conditioner did not work properly, and the front desk didn't seem surprised. I checked the removable filter of the room and it was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in months. Again, there was no sense of embarrassment. All but one of the employees were surly and grumpy, and that person was the one that didn't care about our room issues. There were many other irritating issues, but fortunately I've forgotten most of them. I wouldn't stay here for $50 per night.

I have no problems with the hotel itself. The rooms are very nice. Updated furnishings and very clean. But, there are people who loiter in the parking lot or in front of the main entrance smoking and drinking. I encountered this 3 of the 4 nights I stayed here. Also, the front desk staff disappear to the back office around 8:00 or 9:00 at night. They leave a sign on the desk that they are sorry they are not at the desk but they are assiisting another guest, when in fact, they are sitting in the office. The unprofessionalism and guest loitering will cause me to choose another hotel the next time around. Again, the room itself was fine. No complaints.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful for our family! And the hot tub was actually hot. The continental breakfast had a decent selection. The staff was friendly and took great care of us!

We stayed here overnight while attending trap shoot competition for our grandson. We arrived at 3:30 pm our room was not ready and front asked if we could come back in 15 mins or so. We came back at 4PM. Room was not ready yet so she (Jade) talked to supervisor and they gave us an upgrade suite. Very apologetic and friendly. Room and entire hotel very clean. Breakfast was good. Rate (senior AARP) was great.
