This was one of the worst hotel experiences. Pool was closed upon arrival for water testing. Hot tub was closed for entire stay. Room HVAC would not heat correctly. First night got down to 54 degrees in room. Maintenance is onsite for only part of the day. I was told it was fixed twice, but the unit continued to blow cold air continuously after sporadic heating cycles. I was told to let the unit heat until it was uncomfortable then turn it off! I spent the nights waking up to turn unit off and on to make sure my 1 and 4 years old were not too cold. The hotel is severely understaffed as admitted by the front desk upon a few requests during our stay. The shower water is luke warm at best. Our last night we arrived back around 9PM to a party going on with alcohol and loud music a few doors down. We contacted the front desk who stated they would take care of it - after two hours it did not get better and we had to talk to the other guests ourselves. Would not recommend staying here for a comfortable or relaxing experience.

I visited this hotel on the 28-29th of October 2017 for my daughter's Cheerleading competition. We came in the hotel around 12AM and met Donahue the night security/ front desk and he accommodated all of our needs. He went above and beyond let me tell you. I booked our room with a pull out bed and when it wasn't in our room he made sure to look around until he found one, and when we needed extra blankets and sheets he went the extra mile to look in the laundry room and the service room to make sure we was comfortable. And if I wasn't to sure about something he made I left that lobby with a smile. I wish every hotel had a employee like Donahue. Please believe I will be coming back.

I am local and stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year to take advantage of the hot tub and pool with grandchild. This is the 2nd time my stay had the hot tub closed. I was so upset. Then the heater in the pool broke down - my grandchild still wanted to go in since there was a couple other kids, they were freezing - luckily the last 20 min. the heater got fixed and they could feel a bit of warm water shooting through spouts. When we got up to our room it was very cold - the heat did not work, just shooting out cold air - we had to pack up and move to another room. When going to wash up for the night - NO hot water to wash up. I will think twice before booking here again. I think people should be told upon making a reservation when an amenity is down. I do have to say - being a Marriott rewards member they upgraded my room and took minimal $$ off my bill - front desk tries to help.

Second or third stay at this location over the past few years and it was a good one. Room was clean and staff were friendly. No bottled water available in the market or the breakfast buffet, they should fix that but otherwise good. Appears there may be renovations happening now but I did not hear any noise during a weekend stay.

Many people on the third floor were partying from 12am till 5am in the hall way. There Room doors open yelling ! arguing all night.
Called front desk 3 times and they could not control them.
Not secure ! Back door does not lock.
Not safe.
