We stayed early November 2017 hotel was very clean staff where always smiling and happy room had enough space for my family 2 adults 4 children their hockey equipment wheelchair
Kids loved the pool had water slide as well as hot tub was a little out of the way but was quiet and easy to get to out of the traffic
Breakfast was good lots of choice we will probably be back next year

This hotel was just fine. The staff was friendly and responsive. It is an industrial area but close to food and shopping too. Would stay again when in the area. The pool and hot tub were very nice also.

I want to begin by saying that this hotel has the potential to be great, but for us it was a very stressful time, our trip began by us flying to toronto and on the airplane our son got sick and was throwing up, so we were dealing with that, and got in our rental car, and we were driving down the freeway towards the hotel, when they called us saying they had overbooked our hotel and we wont be able i stay there, i hung up the phone and looked online for a new hotel, only to find out the entire city had not a single hotel room available, now we panicked! We are in a new city and now have NOWHERE to stay! So we ended up just showing up at the hotel, they gave us a room, but made sure to tell us that they were overbooked, so what i wondered is why they couldnt call us 2 weeks ago when we booked the hotel and tell us they have over booked instead of waiting until we literally landed in their city, since im assuming their cancellation policy is, that you cant cancel your reservation on the same day as your first night, then why can they cancel on us on the day of our check in?
So after we checked in we took the kids down to the pool, only to find out that the waterslide is closed during the week, and the waterslide is the reason we chose this hotel, the pool and hottub are very strong with clorine, and the hottub is full of mold all over the top of it
On the plus side, the breakfast here is great! They always have coffee in the lobby, this hotel would have been great if they hadnt tried to not give us a room on the day of checkin, and it should be more clear that they do not have a waterslide during the week, it made for a very stressful welcome into a very large city
The room we had was a king suite, it was great, king bed, sofa bed, 2 seperate tv’s

Not very Marriott like, in remote part of Brampton near all the trucking companies, not close to any restaurants or shops. Very poor breakfast almost felt like a character in Oliver, need to ask to refill every thing, staff medium helpful. Room ok, would rather not stay here by choice . Surprised it’s a Marriott, seen better quality inns.

This is superior value at all levels. Excellent room , clean modern lobby, a breakfast that is second to none and free parking. Just minutes from the airport and convention centers. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Then they have a pool, water slide and work out room. This place is too good to be true. And to top it all off rates were amazing.
