Very nice Marriott Fairfield Property
bfg1943on 10/11/2017 07:59We spent several nights at this Fairfield property. The dedicated staff keeps the property extremely clean. Our room was spacious for a budget property. The bedding was several steps above standard hotel bedding. We had very restful nights. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet is basic.
We definitely plan on staying at this property when we re-visit the area.
GREAT BUDGET HOTEL
Evgeniy Ion 09/11/2017 22:31I recently visited Fairfield Inn & Suites Venice hotel with my wife and was impressed by its cleanliness, various amenities and friendly staff. The room was really clean, the housekeeping service was impeccable, all my requests have been promptly met. The complimentary breakfast was better than a paid one ($15) at Double Tree by Hilton in St Augustine. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the public beach.
I will visit this hotel again.
Very nice Fairfield
OrlandoCycliston 23/10/2017 19:52One of the better Fairfiellds we have stayed at. Just off I-75 and convenient. Only about 5 minutes from downtown, accessible by bike if you ride a lot. Just before the bridge downtown is the Legacy trail. From the train/bus station, going south is 4 miles, going north about 16 miles. The north ride goes over 41. The south ride goes along the river.
Hotel seemed relatively new. Great pillows and A/C was quiet. Don't know why someone said odor and ventilation was bad. They should have switched rooms or put the A/C on high instead auto?? The free breakfast was better than average and the staff was attentive. This particular Fairfield gets better marks from us than a typical Hampton and they are usually fairly equal. Desk staff was very competent and helpful as newcomers to this area. Also got a fantastic deal on price as Rewards member.
Nice new facility near to resaurants and the highway
Dan Kon 16/10/2017 16:52My brother came to visit and stayed at this hotel. Although some construction was going on, his room was clean, nicely appointed and very pleasant. The breakfast offered him a good way to start the day. The facility is hear to I-75 and Jacaranda making it easy to get to Venice Beach, shops or restaurants
Nice, Bad Odor
LovingLife39on 13/10/2017 01:18This is a very nice property. Pros: Beautiful lobby, excellent customer service, fairly large dining area (for breakfast), new updated, quiet spacious rooms. Cons: The computers didn't have enough memory to download documents I needed to print for work, and the hallways/rooms smell like the mangroves (rotting, standing mush). Not sure if it was because of the storms, the water sitting near the hotel but it smelled awful like a bad bathroom. I only stayed for one night, but I would stay again. The hotel was pretty close to beaches, and restaurants were really close. It's right off of the highway, and in a good safe area. Other than the smell, the hotel is a win!
