Nice hotel, front desk was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Parking was ample and location to restaurants and commuter train(to boston) was close. I would recommend this hotel .

Room was ok, clean and basic, however we were given a room facing the freeway and it was rather noisy. Hotel location was convenient being near the intersection of I93 & I95. The hotel offers breakfast but we did not try it.

I stayed at this hotel last night. I called the front desk to call a cab for me, and they were supposed to call me back. I was heading to work. After ten minutes I called the front desk again and the girl had not called yet because she got "busy". I asked for the phone number and called myself. When I went downstairs I asked for a manager. There also was not a manger on duty. Clearly there should be a manager if the staff is too busy to take care of their guests. The sign on the door says 100 % satisfaction guarantee. Im not a satisfied customer called Marriott corporate and the guarantee is up to management's discretion. Big joke!

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not very appealing so we chose other options. Parking was also plentiful. It is located next to a shopping mall and right next to I95.

After Major Surgery my wife wanted to stay close to her caregivers ! In consult , Doctor recommended rest and relaxation ! We asked where close by would be good and Doctor recommended Fairfield Inn ,Woburn ! The Inn provides rather plush rooms , some with walk in showers . The shower was necessary per surgery ! What came with the room was the entire Fairfield Inn Staff ! From the most pleasant , accurate and helpful Front Desk Crew , to Eugenia in Environmental services , to Maria the Best Breakfast Co-ordinator ever ! The entire staff is Top Shelf , and created a very relaxing and restful stay. Thank-You for your warm ,helpful and and caring staff . Peter & Suzanne Csoros We will be in the area again soon , and there is only one smart choice for us , Fairfield Inn , Woburn .
