Location perfect for us, walking distance to First Watch, my favourite restaurant for lunch. Other restaurants also close by. Breakfast at the hotel was good - grandchildren loved making waffles for themselves. We had two adjoining rooms with a connecting door and the facilities in my disabled access bathroom were excellent, probably the best I have ever experienced. Congratulations all round!

Nice hotel. Here for the weekend and everything is like a normal hotel but the room smells like mold. Everything else was great. Friendly service everything is neat and clean just not sure where the moldy smell is coming from our friends two rooms did not have the smell.

I stayed for a week with my partner right up until the day the hurricane was due to hit. The staff that were on that day (the two guys on the front desk and the wonderful housekeeping and family who sorted breakfast were awesome!) the sad part to it all was the female manager that was on Tuesday morning that sadly has brought my review down to poor. Her attitude and manner was not appropriate - why answer the phone when I'm in front of you when you're trying to help me?! I asked you nicely to then ignore the next call if you're helping me as it's rude to be met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. I needed your help as two payments have been taken by your team when they shouldn't have been - actually freezing my UK account! But as you were so rude I left as what was the point? You answered yet another call when I was talking to you and your face was the back end of a bus.
Your staff team worked amazingly well under the stress and strain of the hurricane.
I will not be using your brand again and will say that to people as I'm disgusted by the service. Also my account is still blocked.
Good comfortable room. Clean. Good little breakfast and pool area.

Needed a room last minute. Bruce was so helpfull. We needed extra towels and so forth, house keeping was on it. The staff stayed at hotel to help us out threw the storm. Light breakfast was ready for us every morning before the time they normally opened. Light contental breakfast. Coffee and water was available 24 hrs. a day for free, they were always full. Staff was so patient and accommodating. Hats off to the staff. Outstanding job!! Thank you. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just want to give this hotel some love for putting up with a bunch of stressed out families during Hurricane Irma. The staff was attentive, friendly, responsive and courteous during a very difficult situation. Highly recommend these folks if you're a desperate traveler seeking shelter from the storm.
