I came in on Friday evening for a quick bite and was drawn in by the live music and bustling atmosphere. The ladies in blue at the door (Aruz and Mhegan I think) welcomed me with gorgeous smiles and immediately offered me a seat when I mentioned how hungry I was. Aruz offered me a table by the window even though I said I was fine to sit at the sushi bar, which was nice and ended up being a great view of the people and city lights. Great quality food, nice selection of wines, and my waitress though very busy was kind and attentive. All the ladies looked lovely. Her hair was covering her name tag but it was red, and she was extremely genuine in her service - quick to fill my drink and clean my table.
I will come back again with my friends that love great sushi and great music!

I stopped by Pacific Rim restaurant for a drink last night. Mike was the bartender taking care of my friend and I. He was very welcoming and friendly. He made us unique drinks carefully created with flavors we told him we liked. I was only planning on having one quick drink but ended up staying for almost 2 hours because we were having such a blast! I highly recommend having Mike create you a fun, unique cocktail next time you visit the Fairmont!

It's been a few years since I last stayed at this hotel (2011) and was happy to be back. Front of the house service was warm and helpful. The room remains aesthetically relevant as when I was last here. New restaurant (Botanist) at the hotel was good. The complimentary limo service is still available and a very nice touch. All was excellent -- until I received an update invoice a few weeks later indicating that I took a "yoyo" and "kaleidoscope" from the room. I am perplexed as I was not even aware they existed in the room! Now I have doubts.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful views and amazing service! Their attention to detail and special touches made our stay luxurious and so enjoyable.
The location is spectacular and incredibly convenient for taking in the sites by foot.
We enjoyed every second of our stay and highly recommend!

From check in to check out, we had an amazing experience at Fairmont Pacific Rim. We had booked an one night stay to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and they accommodated our request to check in early as we had booked spa treatments at the scheduled check in time.
They went above and beyond by upgrading our room. They even surprised my partner and I with champagne and strawberry covered chocolates to commemorate the occasion. It was very unexpected and we were genuinely touched by their gesture.
Their spa is incredible and we were able to relax in the hot tub and sauna before our treatments. My partner had a deep tissue massage and I had a body wrap. Both treatments were extremely relaxing and I know I’ll be visiting this spa again soon. It is an amazing facility and they have great amenities to enjoy.
We also ordered room service for breakfast before check out and although on the pricier side, it was worth every penny. The service was on point and the serving size was more than I expected.
We cannot wait to celebrate our 6th anniversary at this hotel next year!
