To attend a sporting event in Naples I chose the Fairways as my base. Arriving at 2am in the morning was no problem for the owners. Meet with a clean, well presented room I knew I had made a good choice. I was there for five nights and had no complaints or issues at all. Staff were helpful with taxis and local information. Early checkout was no problem. For a weekend getaway or a longer stay in Naples I would recommend the Fairways for value, location, presentation and staff. Inclusion of the continental breakfast was a bonus and much appreciated. I will be back. Thanks for all your help

I just needed a nice place for an overnight stay but I would have stayed here for longer without an issue if I was looking for a budget vacation stay. A very nice clean property, quiet, a basic continental bfast, good sized room and excellent wifi...all for about $80 which was a wonderful deal for South Florida. Cookies when you check in and popcorn in the room too.

The courtyard was great. A very quiet place to hang out after a long day of work.
The rooms were quiet and well kept. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out. A nice find, different than your traditional hotel.

Although I have lived in Naples for 30 years , I needed a place to stay for an evening and the Marriotts in town were all booked. I have driven past this hotel too many times to count so I decided to stop in and check on availability. I discovered a little oasis tucked away from the street with a very manicured pool area and pleasant rooms. Rooms were very reasonably priced and this hotel is close to everything in North Naples. This hotel is an unexpected surprise and worth checking into on any trip to Naples.

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL!!! If you want your own little piece of paradise this is it. Almost like a mom and pop bed and breakfast. Rooms are amazingly clean! In ground heated pool. With palms and shrubs everywhere. They have tiki huts with grills so you can cook if you want to. Has a gazebo and at night it is so beautiful lit up. The staff... from the cleaning lady to the groundskeeper... Do their job very well!!!
