There is nothing one can be critical of our stay here; parking, quiet and easy accessible for the city plus an excellent breakfast. Our suite was large enough and well serviced and if there was one minor gripe it is too brown!! We had good advice for travel and we purchased a Innsbruck card from reception, ALL of the staff were courteous and helpful and what a difference it makes when the team set out to please. This is a good choice for any traveller, the blanket provided for our dog was an especial afterthought.

We picked Kapeller based upon TA reviews. So glad we did. The service is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. We stayed 2 nights during our road trip through Austria. The tram into town is 5 min walk away. We loved the farm across the street with the fresh milk and eggs vending machine. Too adorable! We loved the cows and they were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and great coffee. Parking is available which was very important to us. Wifi included. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend Kapeller.

We LOVED the Hotel Kapeller. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was gorgeous and clean and big. The location was in such a cute part of town. We were so happy that we made this choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kapeller! The staff was very friendly and accomodating (they appreciated my efforts to practice my German, but were ready to rescue me in perfect English when I hit a wall). The rooms were pefectly sized and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was robust. The location was quieter and nearby Schloss Ambras and two beautiful churches. Really can't say enough nice things about the hotel and I highly recommend staying here when visiting beautiful Innsbruck.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was very clean and welcoming. Rooms are specious and clean but there isn't any air conditioning but they do give you a fan and the windows open. Good breakfast to start the day. Very near to the tram which takes you direct to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.
