The setting of this hotel is beautiful, very clean, very quiet we felt like we had our own private villa..literally on the beach,short walks to main square , lovely staff members, met some lovely people...Now for the bad points..RESTAURANT..the manager was the most ignorant, man I've ever met in turkey, he was rude, and upset so many guests, possibly because everyone was complaining about the food. Or lack of it ! Really does need to improve to be classed as a four star hotel..

jimmyblairon 11/06/2017 22:56We arrived back from Quadas Hotel this morning,after spending a week there.The hotel it's self is lovely with some from the nicest sea views of the bay. Most of the staff were great and very helpful, apart from the restaurant manager who is one of the most ignorant people that l have ever met. You know if he has fell out with you when he doesn't bring water to your table, He fell out with us for asking for our salt seller to to filled when empty.One morning i had the audacity to ask for fried eggs to which he started shouting at my partner, she felt intimidated by him. we did make an official complaint about this. .
Now to the food or lack of it should l say, we read the reviews before going and took them with a pinch of salt, all of the negatives have been true. For an All inclusive four star hotel most nights for the meal you have two options (take it or leave it) joking a side, one evening the choice was whole fish or plain chicken drumsticks with a poor salad selection, on the rare occasion there was some nice food.
Onto the drink selection now, your choice is vodka, gin, raki, red/white wine and beer and some soft drinks. everything else is extra..
We used the hotel spa and would highly recommend it, it is spotlessly clean and the staff were very professional. l might go as far to say it is the best we have used, it was just the two of us the whole time we went for the £50 package and got it for £40 but don't tell everyone we also got the head massage and facial for free the oil message was great and lasted for around 45 mins,the Turkish bath itself was amazing,and would use it again.
If the restaurant improved we would not hesitate staying here again,as the location and hotel is perfect.
4 star hotel, 2 star food
david ton 11/06/2017 18:05The Quadas hotel is in an excellent location in a beautiful setting at the end of Icmeler with fantastic views.
The rooms are top notch, lots of hot water, air conditioning and the beds are huge.
The bar is good and the staff try to remember your drinks preference which is a nice touch. The bedrooms are immaculate as is the rest of the hotel .
The food however is a joke the restaurant manager learnt his trade from Basil Fawlty, shouting at guests, throwing butter pats at guests and forgetting to plug in, machines ie. juice and coffee or forget to put them out ie. toaster. I checked the Trip Advisor reviews and photographs and that was the main reason I booked the hotel. The food photo's are totally deceiving we were offered Brussels sprouts and chips at breakfast amongst other things and towards the end were excited to see meatballs on the "buffet" There weren't many guests when we arrived but even so we paid just the same amount of money for our food and so should get the same service as we had been led to expect
Hotels are my business and the food service here is the worst I have ever seen
Having said my little rant the rest of the hotel is first class and I would stay again but room only

Diane Pon 05/06/2017 22:33I stayed at this hotel 22nd -29th May with my partner first impressions good nice hotel clean but when it got to meal times the food was horrendous we were AI breakfast consisted of boiled eggs chips sprouts cauliflower green beans and dinner wasn't much better neither was the evening meal one morning my partner asked if he could have fried eggs the reply was he would have to pay extra for them he got very annoyed but in the end they fetched him 2 fried eggs the pool bar opened at 14.00pm till 16.00pm went and asked for burger and fries was told burgers were EXTRA as was pizza unless you had Turkish pizza why should we have to pay EXTRA when we are AI the bar were you get your drinks from was no better I wanted a Vodka & tonic sorry no Tonic so he put me fanta orange in !!! I said I want tonic so they ran down to the supermarket and got 2 small bottles of tonic !!! Only spirits they had to offer was vodka gin raki and red or white wine plus beer not much choice for AI the bar opens at 10.00am and closes at 23.00pm one night the men was outside watching the tv And getting served whilst a lovely lady was waiting inside at the bar to be served since 10.50pm when the barman came inside he refused to serve her because it was 11.00pm which I think she should have been able to get a drink the barman was ignorant he closed the bar also when we booked this holiday with Jet2 it stated that there was show cooking and occasional entertainment but we didn't see any I will not be returning to this hotel

amber6186356on 04/06/2017 21:38First of all I would like to say the hotel is really nice and the rooms are also very nice he only thing that lets it down is the food. I realise the hotel did not have many guests staying being that it only opened beginning of May but we paid for inclusive and i was not all inclusive example fried eggs first week there was fried eggs second week someone asked for fried eggs they said no not inclusive then someone had a word and they could have the eggs does not make sense food very poor only when the rep came it got slightly better but not a lot of choice first year inclusive and you can tell I have been to many inclusive hotels some 3 star the hotel itself is definitely 4 star but the food 2 star I hope it improves as the season progresses. Staff majority very nice but mananger in the restaurant quite rude he needs people skills. The manager is very nice and obliging.Thank you Cihan and celal for looking after us bringing our drinks. Sueryman in the bar as well.
