The objective of writing this letter is to appreciate the staff of the organization who keeps customer first rather than anything else. Through this letter,I am appreciating her efforts on her customer dealing which is resulting into customer satisfaction also. Though lot of companies talk about customer service, but there are very few who implement the same in real life also. So, it becomes my moral responsibility to motivate her by giving her appreciation for their work.
As per my view all the staffs of the hotels from Reservations to bar and house keeping to room service are friendly. the best staff ever been seen in any organization.

Had a wonderful time at the Fariyas Hotel in Mumbai India. The staff especially the Manager Dibin who is simply the best, Keni the EDP Manager and the girls Sushma and Carol who made our stay something to remember always. Clean, comfortable beds, and the dining room, something to look forward to enjoy. Customer service is a priority and they did this very well. Will certainly look forward to coming back here.

I had a short stay of night in the hotel. Must say that that even in that much time, they managed to delight me with their service. Thank you Vikas for your assistance during check-in. Will definitely come back soon

This hotel was recently renovated but more should have been done. The service at the reception area left much to be desired. The lifts take forever to arrive throughout the day. It was quicker to take the stairs. Our newly renovated bathroom was disappointing. The bathroom tiles were grimy and needed serious cleaning.The plumbing and sanitaryware is way past its sell by date. The hot water ran out many times. we had to settle for a luke warm shower at times. On one day our room was not cleaned and made up when we arrived from tour at around 6 pm .We were exhausted after a full day of sightseeing but had to wait while the room was being cleaned in our presence. We walked through a huge security detector at the entrance of the hotel, but it never once worked. Our room key malfunctioned several times and we could not enter the room. This meant a trip down the stairs to re activate the room key again. No enthusiasm from reception staff to correct this problem permanently. Most frustrating.

This hotel provides the worst service in Mumbai. Bad location in the slums of Mumbai. It's rated as four star but really more of a two star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To close to the shacks and filthy.
