This hotel is steps away from Rome Termini train station. It is a small but quaint hotel. Do not expect lux because there aren't any. It is a simple hotel with simple accommodations. The area is safe area within walking distance to shops. It is not close to the major archaeological sites, but if you are into walking, then it is a great place to burn your calories.

We have just got back from a four night stay in Rome which we thoroughly enjoyed!the hotel was basic but it was clean and just what we needed as we spent very little time in our room anyway! The bed was comfy and the shower was always hot. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the lack of variety in breakfast but apart from that we were satisfied with our stay!

Most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at!Very very outdated.Had to stay for 2 notes from 14Oct 2017.
Needs immediate renovation.Very small rooms and not at all worth the high price at which they are selling.
I had a room with which view actually didn't quite understand.

Bathroom very small and why have a bidet when there is shortage of space?Italy hotels and their associations should seriously meet and should shift to health faucets or jet sprays instead of toilet rolls by learning from the Indian/South east Asian hotels and specially this kind of hotels whose washrooms are as such small and they blocking the space by having bidets??!!
Breakfast was below average.Cold boiled eggs were served and upon asking for hard boiled ones,was point blankly refused by the only sole woman in the small breakfast room.Upon requesting for fried eggs,point blankly refused.No plain croissants available.Will never recommend to any of my guests.
The only saving grace is the extremely close proximity to the Roma Termini train station and hence even I fell prey to it.

There are many hotels in and around this hotel but more or less same,so folks,choose the best from the worst!!!
The only best part was Andrea,the front desk person who was really,really helpful and in this and age you don't find such people and especially in Italy or Europe who go out of the way to help you.Full 10/10 for Andrea.He is the only super guy I have ever met and is a definite asset for the hotel if the management understand!!!

highly disgusting! hair,soap all over the sink! checked in after midnight exhausted to this! what did we do to deserve that!? we only had 4hrs to sleep so we did not complain that night. BUT,@check out no offers were made, a free cab ride to the station would have been nice!

The hotel was about 400 yards from termini Station, Repubblica Metro and square which are about a 3 minute walk away. This made it perfect for our sight seeing trip around Rome.
Our room was large, clean, en suite, air conditioned (Though wasn't the strongest). Slightly dated decor but that added to the ambience of the place. It made a good base for our sight seeing trip. Free wi-fi which was a nice touch, though it was a bit slow, it was fine for sending messages etc. Two single beds pushed together to make a double, they were reasonably hard beds, but so comfy. Our room was on the second floor in the corner, which was next to a busy road. Traffic noise did disturb sleep from time to time.
A continental breakfast buffet is available daily, from 7am until 10am. This includes ham, cheese, pastries, salad and hot drinks. Which was enough to set you up until lunch.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The staff that were working at breakfast were polite, helpful and worked their socks off. The maids did a fantastic job of keeping the room clean and presentable.
This hotel is perfectly situated for a base to visit Rome.
If I went back to Rome would I use this hotel again - Yes I would.
