Doesn't worth the money

I've been in this hotel with my family for just one night and the room price was very high considering the quality of the structure and the services offered.
To start with the rooms are quite old and would be a good idea to renew the structure. The bathroom wasn't very clean and there was just 1 shampoo and 2 little soaps for 4 people. We noticed also that the window glasses were very dirty. The hotel swimming pool could be clean a bit more as it was full of sand from the near beach.
the breakfast was nice but overall this hotel is way overpriced for the quality offered.
Excellent for family vacation on the seaside and for our cycling vacation

Perfect for our needs. Excellent cuisine, three course dinner every evening with varying specialties of the region. Excellent seafood dishes. Very accomodating for children. Tennis court is next to the hotel, pool / jacuzzi is heated and private beach with volleyball court across the street. The rooms are very spacious with kitchenette. Around easter the hotel is populated with cyclists, recreational as well as racers. Tour guides lead groups on tours of different distances and speeds, suitable for cyclists from 9 to 60+ years old.
At the beach

The hotel is right across the street from the beach. The pool is nice.
The rooms and apartments are very large with a view to the sea.
The breakfast was quite ok.
The location is 3km+ from the Cesenatico center, closer to Gatteo Mare, and there are quite poor bus connections except in the evening after 9 o'clock (there is also a hotel bus). There are many hotels, but not many restaurants nearby. However, I can recomment Sapore di Sale at the next block.
The people at the reception were extremely nice, but the other staff was quite average.
Overall, the hotel is ****, but the location is **.
Very good appartment

We had a very good time at Valverde.
The appartement was very clean, and good beds.
Nice swimmingpool and very nice staff.
The beach was nice, but the sea was not so clean, a lot of bargage. Maybe the hotels or the government can clean up the sea.
Excellent Service

First I need to disclose that, as a travel writer covering Cesenatico, I received a complimentary stay at Hotel Valverde. That said, please accept that my review here is the honest truth. This clean, bright, modern hotel just facing the beach is clearly geared for families. The dining room was always alive with the sounds of young children. I love kids, so for me, this was a plus. Kids and parents will find plenty to like on the dining room menu, though this is by no means gourmet fare. My room -- and I think all rooms -- had an ocean view and a little terrace where I could sun myself while I was "working." What I enjoyed most about the hotel was the exceptional service, and I don't think it was just because I'm a writer (Believe me, I know when that's happening.) Giuseppe, the owner, was genuinely solicitous, as was a young woman at the reception desk, and my waiter, Mimo, was very (but not too) attentive, and took the time to translate the Italian menu for me. I saw him being similarly friendly and helpful at other tables. The hotel is a 2-minute walk to the beach, and a 10-minute bus ride to the beautiful center of old Cesenatico. But I recommend guests skip the bus and take one of the free bicycles the hotel offers to meander through the back streets to town. That was one of the highlights of my trip.
