Other reviews have summed it up well - it's a great hotel. We didn't experience any of the problems mentioned here in previous months - perhaps they've ironed them all out now. Good things: the bean bag sunbeds at the beach pool - soooo comfortable. Fabulous views from the room. Great Nespresso coffee. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of choice of sun beds and terraces. Not so good: washbasins in the middle of the room and the shower cubicle opening straight into the room. Other things: The beach is stony and at low tide there are so many rocks that it's impossible to get in to swim. However at higher tide it's fine and like having a private swimming pool - fantastic. There are good cliff top walks in both directions and it's about 30 mins easy walk north to the next resort of Ajabo which is nice for lunch or coffee. Taxi to Costa Adeje cost 15Euros.

Recently stayed at the hard rock hotel in Tenerife and was impressed from the start. The hotel decor is very modern and just to my liking. We found all the staff very welcoming and always smiling. We did have a minor issue and was resolved by the duty manager Manuel Reina. Manuel was fantastic during our stay and even went the extra mile for my partners birthday and left balloons and champagne in our room with a quirky game of popping the balloons to reveal a spa day inside the balloons. If I had to criticise I would say the check in and out process is quite slow. We waited 15min to be seen on check in and maybe longer on check out but it wasn't the end of the world. Would love to go back in the future.

This is a fabulous hotel open to all to use and enjoy.. the 16th floor is amazing to watch the sunset over Gomera.. blankets if you need them and comfy seating add cocktails into the equation and you have a great evening.. we then went down to the fine dining steak restaurant, not cheap but the chateau briand steak was just too delicious.. the staff are excellent. Did think the choosing from a rack of steak knives a little pretentious, however the food was amazing so 5 stars no problem 😊

What a fabulous holiday! Right from the outset we were made to feel welcome from the moment our transfer pulled up at the hotel. Room fantastic, breakfast superb, staff incredible. Monarch went bust 3 days into the holiday but the hotel management went out of their way to making us still feel welcome and alleging our concerns. Would love to come back, such a good experience. Thank you Hard Rock Hotels 👍🤗

It was a fantastic week at Hard Rock Hotel!
Great mood from early morning until late evening with the perfect soundtrack all day long. Big plause to live music at pool side, particularly with DJ Yapsi Mata and his R&B playlist. Will come back :)
