Poor Administration , poor service , poor response . Me and my family has to go through very poor experience . Apart from all of that a very day light robbery going on in Fiesta Inn Hotels . A BIG ZERO RECOMENDATION.

very great support by all the team / special thanks to the ladies at the front desk and the Restaurant/bar team good also to have a hotel can be good to manage a trip in mexico city and than with different destination / less than 1 hour away form the airport

Excellent room service, clean rooms, nice bedding. Really nice staff. The hotel is located in a mall, there are great options to have food. If heading for an early meeting the hotel does offer breakfast buffet starting at 6am!

I generally stay at IHG or Hilton properties, but neither of these chains have a property nearby to Tepotzotlán. Not knowing what to expect from a Fiesta Inn, i was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is a little costly for the options available (220 MXN), but I suppose that's to be expected with most hotel restaurants.

Booked the room because it was close to the factory I had to visit. Very secure and gated area. The staff was excellent and most spoke fairly good English. There are many food chains and shops right next to the hotel. The food and service was excellent. Had a chance to take Uber to the Pyramid of the sun, highly recommend.
