Overall =Average Maintenance = Poor Service = Average / Good Few people speak English Location = very good Prompt reaction = poor Clean = average Silence = very poor (noise from all activities surrounding, often at 02:00 a.m.; 03:00 a.m.)

The washing machine and the dryer are not equipped and the cleaning fee is high. It would be better to have a washing machine and a dryer than to install a gym. For those who stay for a long period of time it is better to clean themselves than to deposit them for cleaning and cleaning should be cheaper, especially as it is enough to wash and dry them normally.

Stayed here during my first trip to Mexico so I could not compare with other hotels in Mexico. Therefore the review has used global comparison standard.
Location: Very Good. Located within the grounds of a shopping mall. Quiet area, easy to find restaurants. To access the city centre you need to use a taxi.
Rooms: Clean, practical and bathroom is large with enough storage space for your toiletries. Rooms are a bit outdated but for a the business traveller who does not spend the time at the hotel it is not an issue.
Facilities: There is a gym but it is only equipped with basic stuff so most suitable for a quick treadmill run.
Food: Breakfast is decent.
Service: Very good, professional. No issues.
Summary: It is not a resort. Most suitable as a base for exploring the city if you are a tourist or a convenient stay if you are there for work.
Value for Money: Rated average because the price is somewhat higher than in Thailand, China, Eastern Europe for the same standard.
Will return? Yes, definitely. Liked the place and recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as it has room service for when you are tired or you can just walk next door and go to many different restaurants at the shopping mall.

People are very friendly and the hotel is always clean. The hotel is very convenient and safe. The gym is much better than most of the other hotels in the area. The front desk people always address you very well. It was a very quick checking in and checking out.
