I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip to Mexico City. As it was my first trip to this country I did not know what to expect. But I was amazed at the service and attention of the staff as well as the style and decor of this hotel. The management should be proud of the service provided by their staff as it is reason I will choose to stay here again.
The rooms are nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom amenities exactly what a traveller needs. There are a number of good places to eat around the area as well as the hotel restaurants. The metro is right at the front of the hotel and we were able to use taxis or the metro to and from the office with ease. Next time I will take an extra day to attend the theatre which is right next door, so plenty around the area for business or I imagine pleasure.

Great location , facing the park and when you go left from the hotel entrance , you can get everything you want.
Reasonable price and room is big. Bed sheets not very clean.
Yet, staffs not really can speak English well and not very helpful may be deal to the language barrier .
This hotel is located above a shopping plaza , so you have to take the lift for getting to its lobby. Therefore , we asked the local tour guide to pick us up at the Hilton hotel reforma which is easier to manage.

this hotel has everything one needs close to the WTC and most freeways will get you anywhere in no time traffic is for giving
staff and check in fast and friendly ,parking is 90 peso but worth it.
we enjoyed our stay

Stayed here for business. In December, January and February. The staff is amiable and nice. The restaurant service as in any Fiesta Inn. Same quality (fair quality) throughout the hotel chain. The hotel is closely located to the WTC and other main restaurants and attractions around the area. The access is easy and the parking, although a little bit expensive, is efficient and well organized. Got there once and my room was extremely hot because the AC was turned off and the windows had faced the sun during the whole afternoon. I have stayed at different Fiesta Inns and this one by far is the worst. Here they do not recognize the Fiesta Rewards members and you may get lucky and get on your Fiesta floor or just get elsewhere. I would still use this hotel because of the location just if other hotels in the area, with better service, and value are not available. The business center functions well but the printer is just at the reception desk which is a nuisance.

If you need a reliable hotel for a dew dats at a decent price, then this is a perfect place. Good value for money, nice staff, modern and clean hotel. Taxi's are plenty to find and Metrobus stops nearby.
