I have stayed this hotel, but went back when the hotel I stayed at before had the worst Wi-Fi ever. Check in was fast and friendly. There was a wedding going on in the lobby, but they got me registered fast. I thin I was in room 331. Spotless clean, alittle hall noise but very quiet. Wi-Fi was so fast. They called ne a taxi in the morning and it got there in 5 minutes. Will stay here again.

Ran late due to not finding a taxi. Came on Sept 15, unable to get a taxi for over an hour. Finally able to get one, kept reservation for me. Need to offer shuttle service and the breakfast was really good. Buffet style delicious.

The hotel has what you would expect and at a fair price. It's ideal for business trips. Not a lot to choose from in the breakfast buffet. It has a pool to relax at night from all the heat. The gym is very small.

I stayed here for business and most things were really good but a few things weren't so great.
What was great? AC, breakfast buffet (chilaquiles👍👍), friendly staff, comfortable bed.
What wasn't so good? Enchiladas con mole for dinner had almost no mole sauce on it, there were some things about the room that made me think it wasn't cleaned very well.
While it was close to my business location, there isn't much around it. Next time I would stay by the mall downtown.

Very clean with a friendly and professional staff. Food and service were great. Very secure hotel. Highly recommend staying instead of hotels in Nogales or Tucson Arizona. Much better and and equal price would cost double in Arizona.
