This is your standard Fiesta Inn, reliable with a good but expensive restaurant and a well designed room.
Front desk service is average and you don't have many dining options around, at least not walking distance.
If you are visiting an industrial plant nearby and will only be there to sleep, this might be a good option.

I have stayed at this property over the last few years. This is my second stay this year. Management seems to think that redoing the lobby and other remodeling is sufficient. I guess they only care about appearances, because the air conditioning still does not work (as confirmed by an employee that they are still working on it). This work has been going on for more than a year.

The fiesta inn perinorte has excellent, friendly personal, goof, space rooms which are quite taking into consideration the city traffic. The beds are excellent. The restaurant is designed in a very industrial manner, the food is of good quality at reasonable pricing, although a little bit boring in regards of options.

Friendly staff. The check in process went very smoothly. They offer a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The servers are courteous. You can have a custom omelet if you want. Did have one issue. The air conditioning in my room did not work very well. I reported this to the front desk TWICE and it was not fixed to my satisfaction.
Other than that, i had a very good experience at the Fiesta Inn Perinorte.

The hotel by itself is simple and quite organized, but the location around is not good. To much dust due to the highway that is close to the hotel. The hotel team was very nice and respectful. For a business trip where yoour business is aroud, it´s ok.
