Stayed with my group for italian trip.
Not satisfied at all with everything.
Change the management I think for the best result.
Far away to reach a city center.
the quality of breakfast please.....more items.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights, actually we expected more as it's four star hotel, there were no friendly staff to great you , breakfast was poor , can be better ,location is far from the center but it's nice place as it's quite , anyway we may come back

After staying at horrible hotel in Rome on an organised trip this hotel was a great relief! Room was very pleasant, bathroom huge, lovely breakfast and pleasant staff. A bit out from the centre of Florence but we were on a coach so not a problem. Could probably do with a facelift as others have said but would happily stay again if transport was not a problem.

Hotel is old and rooms are not appealing. Breakfast was okay but staff were not accommodating. Location is also far from the city centre. Overall, the hotel needs design revamp and renovation. I didnt have a relaxing stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times as we find the location very handy when travelling with a car as it provides private free parking. The fact that the hotel is located a little out of Firenze has never been a problem as a free shuttle service into and out of the city is usually provided. When we arrived at the hotel recently we were told there was no longer a shuttle running and that we would have to catch a bus in the village a short distance away, or get a taxi for €20 each way. The website should have been updated re the status of the shuttle as it was a bit annoying to learn about this when checking in. The hotel itself is now very neglected and run down which is such a shame particularly as we remember it as is used to be. The rooms are very basic but large and clean though I detected the smell of smoke in ours this time even though I had asked for non-smoking, we were too tired to complain about it. Wifi was free for the first time which was a bonus! The swimming pool which we also used to enjoy is no longer in use and is now just a pool of green slime. Sadly I think this was our last stay at this hotel.
