The rooms are small, bathroom the same, for 10 euro per person for the their breakfast is to much. The noise In the room during the night is to high and they charged us for the room with another fee. At the chec-in I wait to long, and they did explain us nothing (about the buss, metro, entry fees in museums).

A reasonable hotel at a top location, the restaurant is overlooking the Praca Marques de Pombal and the underground station is about 50m from the entrance. The hotel has been renovated on a limited budget and many things are a little cheap. The rooms are acceptable and the beds ok. The breakfast is perfect. A nice location for a short break to visit Lisbon.

We stayed 3 nights in Lisbon and we don't regret we choose H.Flamingo. The location near Marques du Pombal metro station is very good. U are very close to the city centre and u have good conections (bus, metro) to all sightseeings. The room was clean, spatious enough, modern air conditioner. Thr bathroom is small and the position of the toilet, near the sink, can be a problem for tall people but didn't bother us too much. The breakfast is very basic and the same every morning. In conclusion, the valur for money is very good. We will come back here and recomand it to our friends.

The hotel has what you need if you are just looking for a bed to crash at the end of a day discovering Lisbon, it is NOT fancy at all. I think I paid more of what I got in return.
Location: really good! This hotel is in Rue Castilho, a street a couple of blocks away from subway station, Marqués de Pombal statue and Ac de Libertate, located in one of the chick neighborhood of Lisbon.
Service: they were very friendly
Facilities: perks and toiletries are bad, not good quality and they have just the basic. Not great AC (not the worst either).

Pros: close proximate to Marquês de Pombal which was served by 2 metro lines; Rooms were large; Rooms were clean
Cons: Old hotel with interior decoration in 1980's style; In-room wifi sometimes was slow; Toilet was smelly. The toilet itself was kept at a high standard of cleanness by house keep and the smelly seemed from sewage. Toilet window had to be opened at all time, otherwise the displeasure smell from toilet spread to whole room; Fridge was not working properly; In-room locker was not provided free of charge.
