For one night

This is an hotel in the sweet little center of Brielle. I am a business manager and was surprised this is an approved hotel by my company. I arrived by car and free busy parking at the back was available. The reception staff was very kind and quick. The building is very old school and lots of furniture, carpet, bed etc. was tired. The room was cleanish, bed was moderate quality but clean, carpet looked dirty but was very old so hard to tell. You can tell this hotel facilitates lots of workers from the industrial Europoort area. The breakfast was fine so was the check out. This hotel owner needs to seek more advise around refurbishment and decorating btw the staff en location are excellent.
Decent hotel but overpriced

I would have been happier if I paid in the 80 euro range but at 130+ euros/night it was overpriced for the quality level. Carpet and general furnishings are tired. Breakfast was good. Location can't be beat.

Nice quirky hotel

The hotel is very nice and well positioned in the center of town so you can easily walk around the beautiful small city, the hotel even provides a walking tour description upon arrival. As mentioned in the title the hotel feels a bit quirky and this mainly has to do with the rooms. They are oddly spread around the hotel around corners and in nooks and crannies of the building itself. This most likely has to do how these rooms where added over time. The rooms (I had) where not very large but convenient. Not all windows of the rooms can be opened but (portable) air conditioners are in that case foreseen. The look and feel of the interior is a bit dated but that could also be the big attraction if you are in to that of course. One minor point is that the wall a pretty thin so some of the rooms can be noisy so make sure you ask want you want. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the food is excellent, even if you're not a guest staying at the hotel you should try the restaurant. All in all a nice hotel for a good price. I recommend it and will go again.
Quirky hotel in the centre of Brielle

This has got to be one of the most quirky hotels that I stayed at. I stayed in room 80, which is located in the roof of an annex - the whole hotel is made up of various annexes joined together to create a single hotel. The room was basic and comfortable. Access to the room is up a very steep stair case that just serves this room. WIFI is temperamental - good at times, at other times it is non existent; usually around early evening.
There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel with a reasonable, but limited selection of food at dinner and breakfast. The staff are very polite and speak very good English. There are a number of restaurants within very close proximity. The town is originally a medieval port with its own town walls and moat. the streets are narrow and the one-way system can be a bit confusing the first time you encounter it.
There is a car park at the hotel, but it is tricky to get a parking place after 17:00 and it is recommended that you use a smaller car around Brielle, as the roads and route through the car park is very narrow.
Overall, Brielle is a really nice place to visit and is very quiet - next to no traffic in the town - rush hour is two cars and four bikes. It is very nice place to be based when working or visiting the area.
