Hotel located in a nice area. Had booked a room for 3 adults, but upon check in the room only had 1 bed. The front desk lady was rather rude when I mentioned the oversight. She became ever more agitated and argumentative when she actually brought a bed. Asked for a manager, but nobody knew if or when a manager would be available.
When I sat on the bed, the wooden slats fell right out. Front office lady became indignant I asked for another bed. Did not know if she even had another bed. Problem was "solved" by placing a children's bed in the room.
Next day we approached another front office clerk who promised me either the manager or she personally would contact me once they had a solution. Nobody did, but a real bed was placed in the room.
All in all a rather unpleasant experience for what should have been a fun get away.

What a lovely hotel .. yes basic, but very friendly and welcoming. Very nice bed and a quiet abs relaxed place. Parking was super simple too. Great nights sleep and lovely staff. The garden is just lovely too!

Our family room was big and well laid out but in definite need of refurb. Aside from old-fashioned and looking like it generally needed a clean (from age rather than fault of staff) there are things like drill holes in bathroom tiles and floor tiles not being non-slip so our 4 year old skidded over. Restaurant staff very accommodating and fixed us up meal despite being 30 mins past closure. Quality of food was very good. Breakfast buffet sufficient but not as impressive as others experienced on this trip.

Fletcher Erica is a superb stay for people who want to have a quit, clean and I like the pool in the morning 😅😅

Came here for a relaxing nicht away. Especially booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
The hotel has a spacious set up. Friendly staff that walked us to our room, very helpful.
Very spacious room! But very, very old fashioned. Old wallpaper, old curtains, old furniture, this could really use some renovation.
The bathroom was almost as big as a ballroom. The jacuzzi has the size of an average bath, we could barely fit in with the two of us.
The breakfast was ok, not very much choice, I missed yoghurt and FRESH fruit.
