We stayed for two nights. We had a difficult time finding it and they had no parking for us when we arrived. Parked a block away. Not a problem. The night clerk was rude; she did little to help and had an attitude. We asked about things to see and she was not knowledgeable. The next night I helped myself to coffee in the breakfast room. The door was open and the machine was lit up. She came over and reprimanded me for getting a cup. The water glasses in the lobby were all used. She seemed annoyed to have to clean up and get fresh ones. The shower water alternated between scalding and cold while bathing. The breakfast was very nice. We were given one soap and one shampoo; no refills the second night. The pillows were hard. It was walking distance to the sights in Old Toledo. Overall, it was just ok not 4 star.

    Okay

The hotel is a little difficult to find and we knew why we did not rent a SUV for our travel through Spain. Too narrow for anything bigger than a Ibiza car. My goodness...some turning of corners going through the narrow street were a challenge. No wonder every other car we saw are scratched up...beat up...dent in. Tip...small car. Doesn't make fun driving trying to 'impress' with a bigger car through small cities.

Anyway we finally got to the hotel 😓 and were greeted friendly.
It was supposed to be a double room. So narrow...too narrow. Hardly 2 steps between stepping out of the bed a big 'old' chair and a tv table. So squeeze by it to get to the bathroom. I had to ask for a garbage basket for the bedroom area and a suitcase rack which were missing.

The breakfast room and breakfast...were 3 star.

The location...we were able to get a garage space direct from hotel...lucky. otherwise...hmm...i saw though there was a big private parking garage around the corner but i do not know what it cost. TRY to call and RESERVE a parking space. Very limited!

    A little disappointing

We enjoyed an extremely spacious Presidential Suite here and the location of the hotel is extremely good. Unfortunately we had some issues. The telephone in the room did not seem to work. We reported it but nothing was done. Breakfast one morning was like a zoo. The food was not refreshed, some of the crockery was chipped and the whole ambience was spoilt by tour party food hoovers. We did complain about this and the following day the experience was much better. The restaurant produced a good meal but with nobody else there it seemed like a morgue.

    Great little place
