Idealy situated. The only thing is no reception so not easy to find the room and the apartment. A mail with the details should be easier. And there was to much noise from the street. So thank you very much

This was the first time we were trying a serviced apartment and the experience was very good. The apartment is located very close to the Vypin ferry jetty, the beach and other popular sights in fort Kochi area. The building looked a bit old from outside and the entrance was from the back of the building so when we reached there, did not know what to expect. But once we entered the apartment, it was simply superb. We a family of 5 so booked the complete apartment. The place was clean, 3 spacious bedrooms with attached baths, living room, dining and a kitchen. Our two days there was very comfortable and it was just like staying at home. The host, Sandeep was available on the phone and gave us directions to nearby sights and restaurants. Excellent stay

The toilets and bathrooms were in a terrible condition.
The apartment was dusty.
The linen was threadbare.
Even though we had paid for 2 days, we left the place in a few hours and found another hotel.

The room was really neat. It was better than i expected for the rate that we got. We loved the stay. Even suggested to few of my friends. They provide a common kitchen so if at all you are planning to prepare food on your own. It will be a great choice.

If you are travelling with family which includes toddlers fort beach service apartment is a very good choice. The location of the apartment is perfect. There are many restaurants and good hotel nearby. Sandeep our host and owner of the fort beach service apartment is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean. The kitchen had the essentials like tea, coffee, clean water, towels and some kochi traveller guide. The maid and cleaner would come once in a day to clean the apartment and so the dishes.
With family (older parents, and kids) we found the apartment very convenient and reasonable.
